Hope you all are having a wonderful week- it's almost a long, holiday weekend and I cannot wait! I love the 4th of July! 

Anyways, if you couldn't already tell from my outfits throughout the past few months I'm kind of obsessed with off-the-shoulder pieces, especially dresses! They're so adorable and flattering for all body types! Which is why I found 2 dresses recently that I think would be perfect for summer weddings! (The second one will be coming to the blog soon!) Because I'm always on the hunt for dresses to wear to weddings and I finally found the perfect ones! If you're like me, then you don't want to be at a wedding or reception in some uncomfortable dress that you can barely breathe in and have to be stuck in it for hours. Plus you need something you can dance and twirl in! This dress is classy and adorable for the occasion, not to mention it's lightweight and airy enough for those hot summer days! The details of the sleeves and the back make me love this dress even more! I'm linking a bunch of similar dresses along with this one below!

Happy Thursday!

It's currently a nice 100+ degrees as I sit here inside Starbucks over my lunch break. AC + iced coffee is key today! But I'm not complaining! I'll take heat over snow anyday! 

Anyways, last weekend I traveled to Indiana with my boyfriend for his family reunion and got to stop by my alma matter- Purdue University - along the way! We got to take pictures (he's pretty awesome for participating in blog photoshoots whenever I ask), eat at one of my favorite places- Nine Irish, and go to my all-time favorite bar, Harry's Chocolate Shop for drinks! It's always so fun to be back and relive the college memories! 

This romper is perfect for summer! I'm a sucker for rompers, especially ones that are comfy, casual, lightweight and can be worn any & every where! This one is so flattering because it ties at the waist! And did I mention it comes in 3 other prints and is only $48?! *insert raise the roof emoji*

Happy National Best-friend Day! I'm so sad that Hannah and I are not in the same city to celebrate this fun "holiday" buttttt we are going to make it up for it this weekend with lots of wine and desserts at our favorite restaurant! 

Anyways, this is one of my favorite dresses that I've purchased for the summer - its off-shouldered and its red - two of my favorite things! I have worn this dress with gladiator sandals to dinners but I am also planning on wearing this dress to a up-coming wedding with some nude heels!

I hope you all are having a great week! I'm loving this summer weather lately, now that it's stopped raining so much. I don't mind the heat because it means pool and lake time- which to me, is what summer is all about!

How cute is this two-piece outfit though?! Normally, you wouldn't find me in a crop-top, but this pair together was too cute to pass up! I'm obsessed with the print and the bow-tie detailing on the top! It's such a great summer look and I can't wait to wear it on repeat all season long :) FYI- It runs true to size! Midi White Dress

Hannah and I took these pictures in front of a Fraternity house a few weekends back. All of the Greek houses on that street were beyond beautiful, so naturally we decided to make it our photo shoot destination! I love this midi white dress - it's simple, classy and super light-weight! I paired it with some fun colorful jewelry and a pair of pumps for a summer night out look. 

Also, I just noticed how there are cigs everywhere on the ground - I promise that is not Hannah and I's work...haha...I really need to learn how to use photoshop! 

Did everyone have a good weekend?! Who is caught up on the Bachelorette? I'm having friends over tonight to watch it....mostly like with lots of wine and popcorn! I can't figure out which guy I like this season...it doesn't seem like there are many good ones and I thought I would love Jojo, but.....I'm just #unsure about this season in general...;/ What are your thoughts?

I love that it's a shorter week because of Memorial Day Weekend! I hope you all had a wonderful relaxing, long weekend with your friends and family! I spent mine celebrating my boyfriends birthday, which was so fun because we got to extend the celebration! 

I also did a little shopping since there were so many sales and I found this cute, new romper! I love it because of the bright color and ruffles on the bottoms! It's causal enough to wear around town during the day, but also can be dressed up for a night out! It caught my eye because it's so nice and flowy- which I think is perfect for summer! I'd recommend sizing down, since it is a little loose to begin with! Also, FYI it comes in coral and black too!
