I've been getting lots of questions in regards to what I did previously before I accepted my offer with Payless! Well.....before I joined the marketing team at Payless, I was working on getting my PhD in Food Science - Sensory Analysis! I know, it has absolutely nothing to do with marketing! But I have always been super interested in marketing/business, so after months of going back and forth trying to decide where I wanted my career path to go, I decided to give marketing a try! With that being said, I am so grateful that Payless offered me a position in their marketing department and I can't wait to start my journey with the company! I am done with week 2 of training and I am lovin' every moment of it so far! :)

Anyways, today's outfit is a flirty and feminine Valentine's day look! Could this pleated hem sweater be any cuter?! I love love love the white pleated chiffon underlay! And the back of this sweater is my favorite part because it splits and shows more of the white chiffon! I think it's perfect for a Valentine's date night or Gal-entine's night with your girlfriends! And you can wear it the rest of winter and into spring so it's definitely worth it, in my opinion! I paired it with my go-to coated black skinny jeans and favorite black heels! Hope your week is off to a great start! I can't get enough of this cozy faux shearling vest! I've worn it so many times this winter! It keeps me warm and feels like I'm wearing a blanket all day long! I bought a size up so I can throw it over sweaters too! I also am obsessed with this pendant necklace from Stella & Dot! It's such a fun, long piece that makes any outfit more fun with it on!

Happy Sunday, everyone! 

 As some of you guys already know, I recently accepted a Marketing position with Payless and moved to Lawrence, Kansas! Yep, you heard right, I'm living in Kansas! Needless to say, the past few weeks has been pretty crazy, with apartment hunting, moving and trying to decorate my new sweet pad! However, I am super excited for this opportunity and journey with Payless! 

On another note, does anyone watch the Bachelor?! I know it's a super dramatic show but it's such a great guilty pleasure show to watch! Me and a group of my girlfriends love the show, and this year we each created a bracket for who we think is going to win! So far I am a huge fan of Ben - hopefully he doesn't turn into a "Pablo" later on! Would love to hear your thoughts!

Hannah and I love working with fun boutiques especially when all of the clothes are superrrrrr adorable and affordable! We have worked with Southern Roots in the past and the girls there are just too darn fun! I picked this Boho long sleeve blouse since I am trying to branch out from my normal style and I must say - I love this oversized "hipster" look! I paired it with some distressed jeans (love love these jeans - a must have!!) and a hat to make it extra chic!
