Lucy Activewear


Hi loves!
Today I'm sharing how I stay fit during the cold months with Lucy Activewear! 
I've been routinely running for the past 13 years. I ran cross country and track in high school, ran a marathon in college, and continue to run several years later to de-stress, and stay in shape! During the winter it's hard to find motivation when it's freezing outside, and you'd rather just cozy up and continue watching your fave Netflix show, but I've found that...

 1. Switching up workouts is key. I despise the treadmill more than anything, so I still try to run outside regularly, but when it gets too unbearably cold -I go to classes (yoga, pilates, barre, etc!) And I hit up the gym more often- weights, the eliptical, and stairstepper become my go-to's.
2. Enlist a friend to help! Keeping each other accountable and sweating it out together, makes working out so much easier and enjoyable!
3. New workout gear always makes me more excited and motivated! I wear these Lucy running pants everywhere- to the gym, to run errands, to lounge, etc! They're so comfy and I love that they're high waisted- making them more slimming and I never have to worry about pulling them up constantly during my workouts!
