I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I spent mine recovering from the flu, so I'm glad it's over and I'm looking forward to a new week! Anyways, if you were to tell me a year or two ago that I would ever put a jean dress on and wear it in public as a serious outfit, I would have thought you were crazy. I mean, a jean dress...really? That's what my mom used to wear in the 80's and 90's and I can't say I thought it would ever become my "style". But, I've done a complete 180 and become so obsessed with this look!! First of all, it's denim so it keeps you warmer than your typical cotton dress. Second of all, it goes with absolutely anything, just like your favorite pair of jeans do! Third, it's more versatile than you think! You can wear it buttoned up like I did above, along with a cape thrown overtop, or wear a cotton t-shirt dress underneath and wear it open! It's a great transition piece now, and will be in the spring too! In my opinion, this is another great option to wear for Thanksgiving with the family!
